Milling
3 and 4 axis milling on manual and CNC to produce complex geometries out of a wide range of materials, including polymers and Grade 5 titanium.
Grinding
Precision grinding to sharpen, or produce accurate surfaces as low as 1 micron.
Assembily
Multiple components can be assembled on site for your final assembily, which can include ultrasonic cleaning and various finishing proscesses such as anodising, polishing and lapping.
Turning
Manual and CNC turning to produce round components such as shafts, pins, bushings and flanges.
Drilling
Manual and cnc drilling of up to 50mm dia to produce precision holes for large scale fabrication or the smallest PCB holes of 0.1mm.
